Blood drawn
I gave them 5 stars for the fact no bruises was a very good phelbotomist. I'm old and always look like a bruised pin coushion. Not a mark on me here. They only have 1 employee to run all I blame company for not getting help for her . that's why it's important to schudel a apt.your taken in at apt time.

Long wait
Never had a problem before but today was a poor experience. I signed in on the electronic keypad then sat and waited. There was nobody ahead of me and the monitor showed I was next up with a wait tie of 3 minutes. 25 minutes later I was still next up with a 3 minute wait. I had another appointment so I had to leave. In that entire time I never saw a staff person so I couldn't even tell them I was leaving.
