RUDE!
Staff seemed put out by the fact that I was there. Minimal conversation with absolutely no eye contact. She hummed the whole time I was in the room. When I asked the staff member to draw blood out of a particular vein, she completely ignored me. She drew the blood out of the vein that I asked her NOT to draw from. And because of that I am left with a painful hematoma.
And Yes, I am a medical provider. Rest assured, I will tell all my patients NOT for go to this facility, even though it is right down the street from my practice.
