Frustrating
I am very frustrated with your store here in Red lion PA. Took over three hours for prescriptions to be filled from someone that was discharged from surgery. I was there when the Scripts were sent into your office and still took over three hours with patient in pain. Also, when calling about the Scripts lied to by the people in the pharmacy. Caught them in their own lie. I can understand being a Supervisor you do get backed up but come on three hours when you have five people working behind the counter to get scrips done, that is a bit ridiculous & lied to. Told Even to go to the tube line after I was at the window line to get my Scripts. Drive around the building to go to the tube line and that is blocked by crates, which I have to then back up to. I have pictures of this if you don’t believe me this is very frustrating and ridiculous to a customer. I wouldn’t even at this point give your CVS a one for effort.
