Incompetence
Quest drew my blood from a standing request (not a full panel) of a doctor that hasn’t been in practice for over 6 months. No one checked with me to see if I was there at the request of my new doctor or asked me what tests I was there to have done. As a result I had to have my blood drawn a second time for a full panel.
