The ladies who assisted me & drew my labs were awesome; however, the automated system is like Fort Knox. You CANT reach anyone—unless of course you choose the option to “pay your bill”, then your company is quick to answer the phone—anything to make the company a buck, but there is ZERO Patient Service. You should change anything that suggests there is.
I need to make sure my records were sent to my doctor. How can I accomplish that if I cannot speak to a LIVE person?!
