  Poor attitudes
  Received email after Dr appointment from Quest to schedule appt online for blood draws for my husband and myself. My appointment was scheduled at 9:20 and his at 09:30 a.m. we arrived and went to the machines to check in. My appointment was confirmed but the machine couldn’t find my husbands. We were rudely told it was because we used the same phone number. Asked for the confirmation number which I had left at home. Thank goodness I had the hard copy printout script from the doctor for each of us. They called me back while we were attempting to get my husband scheduled. The person treated me like I was a machine. No Good morning, how are you today, no greeting whatsoever. She continued with this cold attitude and I told her she needed an attitude adjustment. She hatefully replied “I don’t have an attitude” and I calmly replied “yes you do”. I returned to the waiting room where my husband was waiting and the screen had his name with a 12:30 appointment time. I asked if we had to come back at that time and he said no, they take walking.
  1. The phone scheduling system doesn’t work for a couple. There is not a person to speak to for appointments or questions.
  2. The employees are so dependent on automation, they don’t recognize there service is to people with feelings and not familiar with there automation equipment and should therefore be more understanding, helpful, and recognize their feelings. Be more humanly responsive to the customers inadequacies and assist them in a respectable and positive manner.
