Serious Complaint
I have a bad review and experience with Quest Diagnostics at 23521 Paseo De Valencia Suite 302C, Laguna Hills, CA 92653. For the first time on June 14, I went to this location and I made 2 blood test required for my doctor ASAP because I have a right flank pain might be from the kidney and I really need the results ASAP in 1-3 days maximum! After 1 week on June 21, I haven't received anything! I called HealthLab and they opened an investigation to see what's going on! obviously, they couldn't find my results and they send me Recollection Notice! WHAT?! I went back again on June 21 and I made again 2 blood test. After 1 week on June 28 and AGAIN!!! REALLY AGAIN!!! I called HealthLab then they issue another investigation, then "Quest Diagnostics" couldn't find my results and they send me Recollection Notice! they couldn't even FIND ANY RECORDS AT ALL!!! I strongly believe someone there / or the person who handles my blood tests totally reckless unqualified to be trusted! weird & strange...and I really hope the lab services manager at this location reads my review!
