Bad service
I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy since moving into this area. I call for a refill and they say on the phone it'll be ready Friday and so I go to pick it up on Friday afternoon, then they say its too soon so it wont be available till Monday, Monday comes and they change the day again. So I really think they need to write notes in the persons file so that the person that spoke with the patient can be help accountable for their mistakes. I have had so many bad encounters and just told they have no Rx's for me yet I had received a text stating they had 3 ready to be picked up?
