I waited online for over 30 minutes from 12:55 to 1:30 to speak to someone about a prescription and when we called the store they said that the pharmacy had gone to lunch. But their posted lunch time was 1:30-2:00. The day before, we tried to pick up the prescription but they closed the pharmacy over an hour early so we couldn’t get it then. Completely unreliable and unprofessional - if you’re going to go to lunch when you have people waiting on the phone, at least have the courtesy to hang up on them so they don’t waste anymore time waiting for people who are not going to answer!
